Yes. All custom work has a deposit and the deposits are $50 per piece of work plus the cost of material.
We do not begin work until you have approved of the design. Once it is approved and work has started deposits and material costs will be non refundable.
Refunds are processed through our secure payment system provided by Stripe. Once a return has been received by us and the condition has been assessed any applicable refund will be reapplied to the same payment method you originally used and will be back into your account within 7-10 business days.
The return process must be initiated within 7 business days of the items delivery.
If you need to return a product for repair or refund it must meet the following conditions:
Returns can only be processed within 7 business days of delivery.
- Your item must be unused.
- Email us with the following information
- If the item or box was damaged in transit please include photos
- Order number
- Why you need the item returned.
We will respond to you within one business day with how to proceed with your return.
